JANUARY CHALLENGE: The Diva DOZEN!
Maybe you are hesitating to simplify your life because you are overwhelmed and don't know where to begin. Time for The DIVA Dozen!

12 Tasks that you can complete in 20 minutes or less:

  • Clean your cutlery drawer. Toss anything that is rusty, broken or totally useless!

  • Remove everything from the cabinet under your sink. Sort, purge and replace.

  • Organize the top shelf in your front hall closet.

  • Edit your coffee mug collection. Keep only the ones you love to use!

  • Check your medicine cabinet. Dispose of expired medications responsibly.

  • Be ruthless with your bath towels. Donate frayed or discoloured towels to the Humane Society or local Animal Shelter.

  • Sort mittens, gloves and scarves. Discard any “loners" in the mix.

  • Organize your Income Tax documents and get ready to file your 2019 return!

  • Replace spices that are past their "best-before" date. Food will taste better!

  • Fill a box with Household Hazardous Waste. Deliver it to your local Transfer Station. NOTE: Delivery will take longer than 20 minutes!

  • Stock your car with winter essentials, like windshield washer fluid, a first aid kit, blanket, emergency items and scraper... Be prepared!

  • Clean ceiling and light fixtures to make them sparkle. Lighten-up!
 
Downsizing is easier if done in baby steps.
