What is going to make your 2021 a year to remember?

For those of you hoping to add a baby to your family, we hope it is the year of your successful embryo adoption!

It may be the peace of mind for those of you who choose to place your embryos for adoption.

For all of us, it is the opportunity to show abundant love to our family and friends.

Here at Nightlight, our worldview is based upon our Christian faith. From scripture, we learn, "...suffering produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us." Romans 5:4-5

When I look back over the past 10 years, I’m in awe of God’s sovereignty, faithfulness, and grace.

Like many women, experiencing pregnancy and becoming a mom was something I dreamed about since I was a little girl. Coming from a relatively large family, I never thought we would struggle to conceive. Two years into marriage, we started trying. It wasn’t long before the months turned to years. The struggle dragged on and we grew weary. When two years passed with no positive pregnancy tests, we spoke with doctors. Initially our diagnosis was unexplained infertility.
Instagram Account Specifically for Older Snowflakes Children
Are you a parent of a Snowflakes baby who is no longer a baby? Last year, Snowflakes baby #1, Hannah Strege, decided to start moderating a private, safe, Instagram group for Snowflakes children aged 14 and older. We hope to see increased participation in the group in 2021. If you have a child who would like to participate, please contact Kaelah Hamman on the Snowflakes team and she will help them join!
A note from Hannah:

For Christmas, the Snowflake to Snowflake account did a Secret Snowflake gift exchange. It was a fun activity to help us get to know each other more and build community. Each participant made a wishlist and shared it with the group and their Secret Snowflake was able to shop for things they might like. Hopefully it will become a tradition we can continue every year.
