Launching early 2024: InfoSparks
VMLS is excited to bring you a new, interactive market stats program integrated into FlexMLS. The new program, InfoSparks, will replace Domus.
During the transition, market stats will ONLY be available using the market stats in Flex in addition to the market stats on the VBR webpage.
InfoSparks will provide access to real-time, robust, live market stats going back 20 years. You can send info to clients, post to your website, and include data in newsletters. Market stats are a valuable tool to demonstrate the deep insight you have into our local real estate market as you guide clients through the buying or selling process.
InfoSparks will launch on February 13th with a training webinar on February 16th. Please watch for additional details!

We've received the sad news of the passing of REALTOR®️ Tony Petruccione.
Tony P was the Owner/Broker of Villages Real Estate in Beaver Creek. He came to the Vail area in 1978 and was with Coldwell Banker before opening his own office.

FREE classes to VBR Realtor® and Appraiser members in 2024
The Vail Board of REALTORS® is happy to offer free VBR-hosted education in 2024!
Courses taken with providers outside of the VBR do not count for the free class.
If you previously registered for a 2024 class and were charged, you have been refunded and will ONLY be billed if you are a no-show.
If you don't attend you will be charged $25 per class. Please cancel your registration (or inform the VBR) within 24-hours of the class starting time.

UPDATED 2024 Code of Ethics
The National Association of REALTORS® has released its updated Code of Ethics for Realtors® and Appraisers.
The current 3-year Ethics cycle will end on December 31, 2024 (Cycle runs January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024). ALL Realtors® and Appraiser are on this cycle and must take at least 2.5 hours during before December 2024. It is separate from any license cycle with the state.

Grant criteria include being a 501 C3 nonprofit organization providing housing programs, housing/rent assistance, emergency housing support, and/or housing education and training programs. Grant funding must stay within the Eagle County community.

The grant application deadline is January 8, 2024, by 5:00 p.m.
