HR FOCUS GROUP
Make plans to attend our next HR Focus Group on Wednesday, February 1st at 8:00 a.m. The topic will be "MultiGenerational Leadership" presented by Jennifer Goodrich of Crestcom.

Amy Lynch, an expert in MultiGenerational Leadership notes that we are working and living in historic times. We have up to 5 generations currently employed. Also, for the first time, 1 out of 3 workers are led/managed by someone YOUNGER than they (how humiliating for some of us). We need to understand and work with co-workers, bosses, staff and clients of different generations. We also need to understand how to recruit and keep people from all generations.

Please RSVP to Amy if you plan to attend.

REMEMBER WHEN
"At This Moment," by Billy Vera & The Beaters topped the Billboard Music Charts this week in 1987. Originally released in 1981 and peaking at No. 79, the song gained new life after being included on several episodes of the NBC sitcom Family Ties during the 1985-86 season as the love song associated with Alex P. Keaton and his girlfriend Ellen Reed.
