The big news for this month is there isn't much news.
October numbers turned out to be very similar to September. We had 623 single family home sales, down by only 20 from September. Sale prices and time to sell had little change. Sales above $2.0 million accounted for about 13%, and sales below $1.0 million were at 61%. Typical for this area.
We expect real estate activity to slow down in November and December, but 2020 has not been a typical year. Inventory levels are still at all time lows and buyers want to buy.
