COVID + Community Gatherings

With the guidance of our beloved community from Idaho Rural Racial Equity Collaborative, The Idaho Coalition staff developed some community guidance practices in regards to convening in-person.

We share it with advocates and activists to emulate or adapt as needed! This is a living document, and we hope to adapt it as our understandings and cultural values about COVID evolve.

Mental Health Awareness Month

Even as people who provide services and support to those in crisis, many of us are navigating our own mental health issues. To help support your personal wellness (or to share with clients, colleagues, and comrades), we are sharing a 15% off discount on a collection of books about mental health.

Check out the selection by the end of Mental Health Awareness Month (May 31st)!

Upcoming Summer Office Closure

The Idaho Coalition will be closed from Monday, July 1st, to Friday, July 5th. We will return to work on Monday, July 8th. Our team will be reclaiming rest, ease, and wellness as a commitment to caretaking for ourselves beyond our movements against gender-based violence.

If you need support during this closure, please visit our Get Help page or contact a Co-Director via kelly@engagingvoices.org.
