  1. Took part in The Port of Hueneme's groundbreaking ceremony of the final step in the Port’s South Terminal Modernization project, which will grow the Port’s capacity and create more than 500 new, sustainable jobs. Read more 
  2. The Chamber Board of Directors met to receive a mid-year update on membership, the financials, and Board priorities for 2019. 
  3. OXYP connected local young professionals at a monthly breakfast networking event, this time hosted at Edward Jones by Amanda Zamarripa and Israel Santiago
  4. Chamber CEO Nancy Lindholm attended the Ventura County Board of Supervisors meeting that focused on plans to build new oil and gas wells just outside of Oxnard. Read a meeting recap from the Ventura County Star.
