Monday was quite a day! Swearing in to the LA House of Reps was a momentous experience. It included family, friends, new colleagues, a new speaker, and #fourmoreyearsof Governor John Bel Edwards. I am so proud of what we accomplished, and I know that my dad was with us the whole time.
It’s been a long, challenging year since I decided to run for this seat. I am so excited to have earned the support of District 91, and I promise to work hard for my district, my city, and my state every single day.
