September 2, 2016

Tropical Storm Hermine has decided to introduce September 2016 with a little gusto!  For the safety of our instructors and students we've cancelled all classes for Friday, September 2. Please check our online schedule for updates regarding the other weekend classes and services.

We've introduced two new Barre times rounding out our afternoon/evening class offerings, returned to Saturday morning Beach Yoga for the end of summer, scheduled Yoga in the Park for high-tide Sunday afternoon in October, and planned our next two Yamuna Body Rolling workshops to tune-up your hips & shoulders and knees & feet.

Two new team members joining us this month will bring new services with them as well. Candice Burns with Skinology by Candice will offer a variety of skincare services; Megan Higginbotham will bolster our massage therapy options as well as add personal fitness training to our menu. In addition, Barbara Unitowski, will introduce Thai Massage to our line-up.

September marks our 7th Anniversary and we're proud to be a part of the Golden Isles' wellness community. Mark your calendars for September 21-25 and look for your invitation to celebrate with us - we'll celebrate International Peace Day, the Autumnal Equinox, and seven years of you letting us help you Find Your Balance!

Yamuna Body Rolling: Free Your Hips & Shoulders
with Kandy Duke
September 23, 2016
Friday, 4:00-5:30pm

What do the hips have to do with the shoulders? Connect the two joints to solve both hip and shoulder problems. Use specially designed balls of different sizes and firmnesses to access muscles, bones, and connective tissues to encourage and enhance the body's free moving alignment. Similar to yoga and deep tissue massage, YBR® will help you create space in your body, lengthen and tone your muscles and release restrictions caused by injuries, sports, and poor posture.

Coming Next Month:
