Happy Birthday, Carnegie Hill Neighbors!

This week marks 55 years of CHN—more than half a century of commitment to the neighborhood we call home. Since 1970, CHN has protected and enhanced the character of our iconic neighborhood by preserving its historic architecture, caring for our green spaces, promoting safety, and building community.

Thank you for being part of our story. Here’s to the next chapter—together. As we mark this milestone, we invite you to help shape the future of Carnegie Hill with a gift to CHN. Your support today ensures that our neighborhood continues to thrive for the next 55 years—and beyond. Thank you for being part of our story. Here’s to the next chapter—together.

Support CHN

On Wednesday, CHN and board members from Carnegie Hill’s Park Avenue buildings raised a glass to “tradition and tulips” in celebration of the impending arrival of our 2025 spring blooms. Since the 1980s, Park Avenue’s buildings have been a vital partner in the annual malls program. In the spirit of our birthday, we were thrilled to thank these supporters for decades of commitment to making Carnegie Hill beautiful.

Deborah Friedman, owner of DSF Home – the neighborhood’ s favorite places for dinnerware, home accessories, & gifts – generously hosted our event warm and cheerful event.
