THIS WEEK'S TALK BY
REV. DONNA MICHAEL
"Where've You Been?"
|
The last few years have brought many unexpected changes and challenges to our lives. Our values, priorities, dreams, and even our deepest belief systems and faith may have been affected, sidelined, or forfeited. How we choose to see what “was” and what “is” can give us the perspective and power to create a better “what can be.”
Reverend Donna Michael has been a member of CSLN since 1994, a licensed practitioner since 2001, and a licensed and ordained minister with Centers for Spiritual Living since 2006. In her "Live Your Limitless Life!" Focus Ministry, she has served as a keynote speaker, workshop and retreat leader, and a music director and performer for spiritual conferences, groups, and events throughout the country. She has worked with Operation Smile and Hospice and is a certified Laughter Yoga leader. For the past several years, her life has taken a new direction which she defines as “mom ministry.”

From the Board of Trustees:
Annie Golightly has made a decision to accept another position that provides hours that better meet the needs of her beautiful family. She’s not leaving us completely because she’s going to continue handling our website and newsletter while we look for her replacement and, of course, she'll still be here as a member of our community.
So, thank you Annie for everything you’ve handled here!
We love and support you in your new chapter!
CSLN is Hiring!
• Because of the announcement about Annie beginning a new position, we have an opening for a part-time Office Manager. So, if you are looking or know of anyone looking for a position such as this, please let anyone on the board know.
• While we are in this transitional phase, CSLN is looking to fill two positions for child care workers in the Youth Department for "casual care" during Sunday Service. Casual care is defined as being in charge of the safety and care for our youth, but not responsible for implementing lessons or a youth program. The compensation is $17 per hour. Let us know if you or anyone you know is interested!

SPIRITUAL MIND TREATMENT
URSULA RODEN, RScP
Just sit quietly, relax and breathe.
Know with me: As I relax and breathe with ease, God's energy is filling my whole body with love, peace, joy and perfect health. God is all there is. It is in the air I breathe, the food I eat, the water I drink. It is within me and all around me. It is in everyone and everything. I am one with Spirit, a co-creator and a beacon of love and light.
Therefore, I am never alone. I am always guided and directed to be at the right place at the right time, to say what I need to say, and to listen, when being still is the best expression of Spirit within me. God's gifts for me are unlimited. All I need to do is asked, be ready and willing to receive the gifts and share them gratefully with the world. I know I deserve only good, expect only good and know that unlimited good is truly there for me and everyone else. Filled with gratitude I totally and completely dedicate my life, without doubt or fear, to a life of love and peace, of Oneness with Source. I know I am greatly blessed and that I am a blessing to the world. I am whole, complete and perfect in all respects. I love myself and know that only love comes from me and only love returns to me.
I am so grateful for this truth. I know it, trust it and release this my word unto the law of Mind in action, knowing that this or something even better is always true. And so it is.
