The real estate market is nuts, but you all know that. The number of listings is down considerably so I am just calling old friends and clients like you to see if you want to move up or down and even out! Even with the City Council imposed moratorium on building for the free market (but no stop to Employee Housing or commercial), there is plenty going on here. For example:
- The former Crystal Palace building will start again to finish the Restoration Hardware (now RH) Boutique Hotel-second only to their first in NYC!

Red Onion Building-will start again soon with the second floor dedicated to JAS – Jazz Aspen Snowmass (CLICK HERE) and RH showroom in building just east.
- Main Street Bakery-FINALLY-planned to start (again) in April to house Sant Ambroeus which is already extremely. Popular in Palm Beach, South Hampton and Manhattan.
At the moment, I have closed on one of the highest priced per square foot unlisted penthouse at the Monarch – approximately $4,800 per square foot, and, I have an unlisted lovely 2,700 sq ft 3/3 single family home listed and ready to close in Mountain Valley plus a single family jewel in the core of town at about $3,100 per sq ft – both sides, and finally a fabulous remodeled single family home just across the river in the east end at about $3,100 per sq ft.
