Hotel Information

Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel and airline reservations.

ABHES has reserved a block of rooms at the Aria Resort & Casino for conference attendees at a special discounted rate of $239 for a Deluxe Room plus tax and a reduced $35 resort fee. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their group affiliation by booking through ABHES' unique reservation link. Individual reservations must be made on or before Thursday, February 22, 2024. Sleeping rooms are limited and are likely to sell out prior to the cutoff date, so do not delay in making your hotel reservation, as rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. After the cut-off date, any new room reservations will be accepted by the hotel based on space availability at the rate in effect at that time. You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
