                                             Furnishing your new home (or old home) can be challenging when you don't live here full time. It is hot in the summer and we all know the instance of 'porch pirate' thievery is on the rise.
                                            
 
                                            
                                              
                                               Having a video doorbell lets you know when something was stolen - it may even show the face of the person, but that won't help you get your packages back. 
                                              
                                            
                                             Therefore, 
                                            
 
                                            
                                             --You can ship packages to our Executive Errands® office so they aren't sitting out in the heat or left where someone could take them. Then we'll deliver your packages either personally or by handyman (depending on size, weight and need for assembly) -- no charge for storage!
                                            
 
                                            
                                             --We will take larger deliveries on your behalf -- just trade contact info with the freight forwarder -- we'll coordinate the delivery at your property and with the intent to save you the most amount of time
                                            
 
                                            
                                             --If you're having furniture delivered we can take delivery, check for damages, have it placed where you want it, take photos and send them along for your review
                                            
 
                                            
                                              
                                               Security is another issue when you don't live here full time or do live here full time, but are on a vacation. Sure, you can install an alarm system but what are you going to do if the alarm goes off and you're on the other side of the country? Or world?

                                             --You can make Executive Errands® the first call with your alarm company -- especially helpful if you don't live here full time -- that way a local person is first on the scene in an emergency
                                            
 
                                            
                                             Many of our clients find mail to be tiresome as well. Most of their snail mail is forwarded to another location during the summer or put on vacation hold, but even then so much junk mail is delivered.
                                            
 
                                            
                                              
                                               Wouldn't it be nice if the junk mail went away? It CAN:
                                              
                                            
                                             -- We can stop all the grocery, restaurant and local fliers so only (or mostly) 'real' mail finds its way in.
                                            
 
                                            
                                             It's technically the start of holiday season (or so says all the retail stores as they are already sporting both Halloween AND Christmas décor, gifts and candies). You may want to do some Fall cleaning or redecorating.
                                            
 
                                            
                                             This is all well and good, but what do you do with things for which there is no longer use? Well, you can consign furniture and some décor or you can donate it all.

                                             -- We have a relationship with a consignment store so we can check to be sure your furniture, art or accessories are wanted -- then we'll get it moved, alert you once it's sold and send you your payment!
                                            
 
                                            
                                             --We also handle your donations and help them get a new life in a new home. If you have a favorite charity, we'll work with them and get you a donation receipt for tax purposes. If there is no favorite charity, we'll donate to ours.
                                            
 
                                            
                                              
                                               After your visit, whether it is mid-season or end of season, often our clients find they've over bought groceries or have clothes they no longer need. We work with a number of local, charitable food banks and safe harbors that can always use clothing.
                                              
                                            
                                             That means, at any time,
                                            
 
                                            
                                             --If you have unopened non-perishables or clothing that no longer fits, we will take both and make sure all items get to a foodbank or one of the clothing donation centers.
                                            
 
                                            
                                             --Enjoyed your visit only to realize you've left something behind? We'll track it down and get it shipped right out to you wherever you are
                                            
 
                                            
                                             These little 'extras' may seem like no big deal to some, but our clients love them all. We are always willing to go "beyond the usual, regular or customary" to provide the most complete and unique services for our clients.
                                            
 
                                            
                                              
                                               Don't forget we also do a variety of home maintenance services like handyman, housekeeping, window washing, tile cleaning and HVAC maintenance.
