2025 TAX STATEMENTS NOW AVAILABLE

Good news! Year-end tax forms 1099 and 1098 are now available. If you're currently enrolled in eStatements, you can now access tax forms through online banking under the STATEMENTS tab.

Will I receive a tax form?

1099-INT - 1099s are only available for members who earned $10 or more in combined interest.

1098 - 1098s are only available for members that paid $600 or more in mortgage interest, including home equities.

Please note, if you are currently not enrolled in eStatements, applicable tax forms were mailed via USPS on January 20th.

2025 SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY!

Attention High School Seniors!

Affinity Credit Union’s scholarship program encourages young adults to learn about the credit union movement and prepare themselves for future challenges.

Seven non-renewable $1,500 scholarships will be awarded to a full-time student attending a community college, trade school, or four-year university.

One scholarship will be given to a student at each of the following:

Des Moines East High School (new this year)
Des Moines Hoover High School
Des Moines Lincoln High School
Des Moines North High School
Des Moines Central Campus
Saydel High School
Affinity Credit Union member (regardless of school)

All applications are due by April 3rd, 2026.

NEW ISL EDUCATION LENDING SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

Up to 45 Iowa students and parents or guardians will each be awarded $1,000 ISave 529 deposits in the ISL Education Lending Scholarship, sponsored by Iowa Student Loan Liquidity Corporation®, which offers educational funding as ISL Education Lending.

Award winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries to receive a $1,000 deposit into an ISave 529 account. Potential winners who do not already have the account will have 30 days after notification of the award to set up a new ISave 529 account and provide the account specifics to ISL.

Since 2012, ISL has awarded more than $1 million to Iowa students, parents and high schools through its scholarships and award programs.

AFFINITY'S ANNUAL EASTER EGG HUNT

Join us at our Hoffman branch on Saturday, April 4th for our annual Easter Egg Hunt.

To maximize the fun, we will have two separate sessions:

10:00 A.M. - Children 7 and younger
11:00 A.M. - Children 8 and older

Each session will have 1,000 eggs filled with candy + eggs with TICKETS that can be redeemed for SPECIAL PRIZES!

Treats and drinks will be provided - and the Easter Bunny will be there for photos and fun.
