At the ONH conference, we discussed pursuit of a proactive legislative agenda to take advantage of what may be a very favorable climate.  Please take a minute to respond to 7 important questions relating to dietary supplements. The issues include changing the proposed grandfather date for NDIs, enabling practitioners to have access to truthful and accurate information relating to health claims for dietary supplements, and improving consumer access. 

The Board of Directors will make a final decision on how best to proceed will be made based on the following:

 - Careful evaluation of the legislative environment and the ability to effectively pursue these changes.

 - Legal analysis of options and effective strategy.

 - The level of support expressed by the membership.
