“I'm actually endorsing Caroline Shinkle for the New York Congressional 12th. Caroline's a hard worker, I've known her for many, many years. If you want to have somebody who's always going to be accessible and look you in the eye and give you an answer to a tough question, she's the person for you. So get out and vote and go make a difference. It's still the people's seat," Senator Brown said.
