THE SUPPLY CHAIN AT ITS BEST

You might notice the September newsletter is late. It turns out to be fortuitous and allow me to share this message.

Most of us attended Supply Side West last week. Almost all of us escaped trauma and injury from the nation's most recent senseless act of rage. Our deepest expression of care and love goes out to those who continue to suffer from this heinous act. To our friends who were at the concert, we are so grateful for your safety.

As I checked in to make certain everyone returned home safely, I was struck by the common reference to our collective family. We are indeed fortunate to know, play and care for the people we work with on a regular basis.

Thank you for your commitment to each other and to the quality standards we all aspire. We documented this dedication in a series of 5 minute Facebook live videos.
