The 2025 Annual Dues Billing for the Vail Board of REALTORS® is being sent next week - December 2nd. Please watch your email for invoices.

Payment is due by Tuesday, December 31st.

For the first time in over 15 years, the Vail Board of REALTORS® will have a dues increase. You will not see any increases with state and national dues.

Vail Board of REALTORS® Dues - $413

Colorado Association of REALTORS® - $195

National Association of REALTORS® - $156

*NAR Consumer Awareness Assessment - $45

**RPAC Voluntary Contribution - $25

^†VBR Foundation Voluntary Donation - $20

Total is $854 for VBR Realtors®.

The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and the Colorado Association of REALTORS® (CAR) do not have a dues increase this year.

*NAR Consumer Awareness Assessment: This mandatory fee pays for the national “That’s Who We R Campaign” promoting the value of using a REALTOR® to consumers. See examples of this campaign in the link below.

You are also encouraged to contribute to the REALTORS® Political Action Committee and the Vail Board of REALTORS® Foundation.

**RPAC promotes the election of pro-REALTOR® candidates across the United States. Voluntary contributions made by REALTORS® are used to help elect candidates who understand and support the issues that are important to the real estate profession and livelihood.

^†Vail Board of REALTORS® Foundation: VBRF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports initiatives focused on creating attainable housing solutions for all, and works in collaboration with community organizations to cultivate housing opportunity for all Eagle County residents. It also provides assistance to our REALTOR® members in need.

The 2025 Annual Dues must be paid by December 31, 2024 to avoid late fees, and suspension or termination of membership. 

The RPAC and VBRF contributions are completely voluntary and may be removed from the invoice when paid through the payment link on the invoice, or deducted from the amount if paid by check. However, we hope that you will consider supporting your industry and community by investing in both VBRF and RPAC.  

Please note that voluntary payments will be charged if you are on autopayment for Annual Dues billing. Autopayments will be applied by December 15.

Payments are not deductible as charitable contributions. However, such payments may be deductible as ordinary business expenses in accordance with IRS rules and regulations.

RPAC voluntary dues are not deductible as a business expense because this portion is used for lobbying or the support of candidates at the local, state and/or national levels.
