Upper School

Dear 8th Grade Families,

It's time to register for Upper School classes!

Our 9th Grade Course Registration Guide contains important information on registering for classes. Your schedule will include English, History, Science, Math, Modern Language, Arts, and Afternoon Activities.

You will notice you have options to select in Modern Language, Arts, and Afternoon Activities. In Arts, there are many options, and sometimes, you can take more than one as part of the curriculum. 

Please make sure you read the course descriptions on the Beaver website before going to your student PowerSchool account, so you don’t get timed out.

We encourage you to look over this information together as a family. The deadline to complete registration is Tuesday, April 22.

Moving to the Upper School is an exciting time, and we hope to make the transition as seamless as possible for all students. On Thursday, April 10, we'll help students navigate the signup process during R-TIME, but if you have questions or concerns along the way, don’t hesitate to reach us at registrar@bcdschool.org. Final schedules will be shared with families in August.
