Winter Showcase - December 20
The Hubbard Woods School Winter Showcase is Tuesday, December 20. See the flyer for more details. We will divide into groups so that we can fit in the auditorium.
Families with last names beginning:
O-Z will attend the 9:00AM performance
H-N will attend the 10:30AM performance
A-G will attend the 1:00PM performance
Please note that ALL adults attending the event will need to be screened by presenting a valid ID. If you have recently been screened, your pass can be printed ahead of time and you can pick it up at a table in the foyer. If you need to be screened, please note that on the day of the event there will be a line as this process takes time. We will start the performance at the times listed above and cannot wait for everyone to get through the system. Come early if you are needing to screen the day of the event. You may come earlier in the week to be screened as well. This is strongly recommended to avoid any disappointment of missing the beginning of the show.
