If there is one thing I have learned in my 24 years in Pittsburgh, it's that our winters are predictably unpredictable! Unseasonably warm one minute and record-breakingly cold the next! One thing I can predict year after year is that if we get a warm snap in a winter month, our real estate market will go nuts... and it did last week! So not to get up on my soap box, but inventory is EVEN LOWER! If you or someone you know is thinking of moving please call me-- we need your houses!
