MESSAGE FROM B & V

Hey All,

It’s time to get CONSTITUTIONAL……🇺🇸

There is no doubt we live in the greatest country in the world…..AMERICA….whoop whoop!! 💪

The Founding Fathers of this great country fought for something greater than all of US…and in their fight for freedom, they created the single most influential and timeless documents in the world…THE CONSTITUTION. 🇺🇸

Unfortunately, the very essence of our constitutional rights has been challenged and weaponized against US.  It’s not a secret….we hear this, we see this, we know this…BUT how do we stand up and defend THIS! ⚔️

Join America Pack this fall for our Freedom Friday line-up as we get CONSTITUTIONAL🇺🇸

• September 29th - First Amendment…📣Freedom Of Speech 📣
• October 27th - Second Amendment…🔫Right to Bear Arms🔫
• November 17th - Fourth Amendment…👮‍♂️Search and Seizure👮‍♂️

We kick it all off Friday, September 29th, with the #1 and only FIRST AMENDMENT!

…….RELIGION, SPEECH, ASSEMBLY, AND PRESS….OH MY!! 🫣

Featuring radio host, writer, policy, and political and communications expert….SETH LIEBSOHN

 🇺🇸See you Friday, September 29 at 5:30 PM  🇺🇸

GOD BLESS you, your Family, and this Great NATION!

STOP TRANSPORTATION TAX TYRANNY

The Legislature is scheduled to vote on the revised Prop 400 (SB1102) TODAY (Monday) at 1 pm in both the House and the Senate.

We are told Rep. David Cook is leading an effort threatening to roll his Caucus and join the Dems on a worse version of the bill if the Republicans don't vote for the transportation tyranny tax. He allegedly has another R from the House and two in the Senate willing to join him. Essentially — they are holding freedom hostage in our state Legislature!

The Legislators likely won't get a chance to read the final bill before they vote on it.

The latest draft is 43 pages long.

Unfortunately, the latest language provides loopholes for transportation bureaucrats to write up reports claiming their transportation tyranny scams are for "safety" so they can be funded.

The bill also doesn't prohibit the traffic filters that come with 15-minute-city-assigned zones, which prevent you from leaving your neighborhood without paying a $90 fine like what's implemented in Oxford, England -- one of the first cities to implement 15 min city zones. The Vice Mayor of Phoenix and the Mayor of Tucson are both driving 15 min city zones.

TAKE ACTION TODAY

• If you can attend the Floor sessions TODAY, please do so.
• They begin at 1 pm in the House and Senate.
• You can sit in the gallery on either the House or Senate side.
• The address is 1700 W Washington St, Phoenix, AZ 85007.
• If you know your legislator personally, please call & text them.
• Please don't share their personal contact info publicly.
• If you do not know your legislator personally, CALL & EMAIL their office.
• It's extremely important to do both!
• Go to azleg.gov/memberroster for their contact info.
