Dive deeper into the yoga postures to expand the intelligence of body and mind. In this class, we explore the finer points of standing poses, forward bends and twists, beginning backbends, restorative poses, and basic pranayama. Every class includes some work with basic inversions (headstand, shoulder stand, plow pose and variations), with alternatives and preparatory poses to ensure safe mastery. Some yoga experience is recommended.
