JA JobSpark Teacher Kick-Off!

JA EduSpark Teacher Externship
On June 26 & 27, Junior Achievement held our very first JA EduSpark Teacher Externship. 32 educators had the opportunity to learn about trends and skills needed for future career opportunities for their students through direct exposure to in-demand careers. Our educators were able to tour the facilities, interact with industry professionals, and hear from panels of experts at IKORCC, Republic Airways, & Salesforce.

Our cluster members are hard at work preparing new and exciting hands-on experiences for JA JobSpark 2019! We can't wait to share the following with your students:

JA JobSpark centers around 8 career clusters. Career clusters are groups of careers that share common themes or require similar skills and represent pathways defined by Indiana Department of Workforce Development as industries in need of an educated and skilled workforce in coming years.
