More than 400 JAG-K participants and staff will visit the Kansas Statehouse as part of the JAG-K Day at the Capitol celebration on Feb. 8. The event allows students to learn about state government and to share with legislators about the program.
On Feb 8, students will be recognized in both chambers, meet with leaders from both political parties, visit officials from their local areas and tour the Statehouse.
See below a testament to the power of connections made at JAG-K Day at the Capitol - one JAG-K student turned a meeting with her legislator into an internship.
