Click Thru Job Fair: January 27, 2021

The pandemic has changed recruiting but the workforce system is still here to help you find the talent that you need. As part of a unified statewide approach, Forward Careers is hosting a “Click Thru Job Fair” on January 27, 2021 to let job seekers know that there is still opportunity available in their local area!

Hiring Incentives

We offer several training programs and incentives to help local businesses stay competitive in today’s economy.

If your company is hiring, we can help offset the cost of training new hires through our the On-the-Job Training or Work-Based Learning programs.

The WOW Factor

The WOW Factor features local talent in search of employment opportunities. The majority of our clients qualify for our On-the-Job Training (OJT) program which on average can save businesses about $3,500 on new hires for the extraordinary costs of providing training and additional supervision related to the training.

Our turnaround time is fairly quick, so make sure to contact your Business Solutions Representative before you extend a job offer to your next hire.

Rapid Response

The Rapid Response program is designed to assist both employers and employees experiencing business closings, mass layoff, and/or company reductions with re-employment services. These services are provided at no cost and can be tailored to the needs of your company.
