Peanut Butter Drive
on National Peanut Butter Day
January 24th!

  The drive runs from
January 24 to February 28
Our goal this year – 6,000 jars!

Why Peanut Butter?
  • Every serving of peanut butter provides 8 grams of protein.

  • Peanut butter is loved and nutritious for all generations.

Peanut butter jars will be distributed to our 16-member pantries county-wide:

Allegan United Methodist Church, Christ Community Church, Allegan County Food Pantry, Hamilton Christian Reformed Church, Diamond Springs Wesleyan Church, Hungry for Christ, Christian Neighbors Plainwell,
St. Margaret – St. Vincent dePaul, Martin United Methodist Church, Christian Neighbors Douglas, Ladders of Hope, Love, Inc. Pullman, Hopkins United Methodist Church, Christian Neighbors Wayland, Project Hope and Epiphany Lutheran Church.

DROP OF LOCATIONS
will be listed on our website , social media or you may drop them off at the ACCF at 113 Locust St., downtown Allegan.

We are thrilled to welcome Tim Batchelor as a new ACCF Board of Trustee.

We also wish to thank retiring Trustee John Mahan and outgoing President Jodi White. John is retiring after several years on the ACCF board and outgoing President Jodi White will continue to serve on the board as a Trustee.

We welcome incoming President Kaylani Rubley and Vice President Laree Waanders to their new positions!

The TAG Team is responsible for the
review and recommendation of over $50,000 a year in grants
to non-profits that serve Allegan County youth.

  • Articles due July 26th for the October 10th issue

When you gave, we gave. 

Thank you to those who donated to the Legacy Fund of the
Allegan County Community Foundation. 
You donated $6,950.

Our Trustees, CEO, and committee members matched that with $73 per gift which totaled $4,161.

A grand total of $11,111 - Thank you!
The Allegan County Food Pantry Collaborative says
THANK YOU
to the Perrigo Company, Perrigo employee's and
the Perrigo Foundation.

During the last 3 weeks of December employees with extra  Perrigo Outlet store credit could use their credit to donate items to the Collaborative.

Our GRAND TOTAL for all 3 weeks was 5,947 items with
a value in excess of $43,000!

Our 16 pantry members will distribute these medications, formula, Pedialyte and baby snacks. This is an incredible gift to the families and individuals of Allegan County who are in need.
