The New Year is a time of optimism, planning, and resoluteness. There’s a feeling that maybe this year we’ll make the changes we’ve been meaning to: more rest, better eating habits, more exercise, or a new job. Happy New Year!

To help us continue offering all of these exercise and enrichment programs, we gratefully accept donations of any size, with a suggested amount of between $3 & $5. Your contribution, no matter how big or small, makes a real difference and is truly appreciated. Classses are subject to change - please watch this space for cancellations.

Get to know this 1.7-mile loop trail near Hackettstown, New Jersey. Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 32 min to complete. This is a very popular area for hiking, trail running, and walking, so you'll likely encounter other people while exploring. The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime. Dogs are welcome and may be off-leash in some areas.
