----JANUARY 2026 EDITION----

Hello fellow Alamo Ranch Neighbors,

Hello ARCA Neighbors

Holidays are over, and I hope everyone had nice visits with family and friends.

The Holiday decorating contest is always a fun community thing to do. Pictures of the winners are below.

If you did make a mess in your front yard or on the streets this New Year's, please take a minute to help clean up and make our community look nice again.

We will be scheduling a community clean-up for late February or early March, so if you have students who need volunteer hours, keep a look out for that date.

The multipurpose court company will start their work early next week, I do not have a finish time, but will keep the community updated on the Facebook group and in the newsletters. There may be noise during working hours between Edward's grant and the Amenity center, we apologize for that but it will be temporary.

The senior scholarship fundraiser will be a Raising Cane's Spirit night this year. We have done Lights Alive in the past but it makes less than $100 so we're going to try something new. Raising Cane's gives 10% of the sales of the people who tell the cashier that they are there for the scholarship committee, the date will be Jan 22nd. If you like Raising Cane's and want to support the scholarship fund, this is a great opportunity and doesn't cost you anything extra other than going and eating chicken ;)

Deadline for the scholarship applications is February 16th, and the info is below on the flyer.

As always, if you have any questions/comments, please feel free to email me.

MANAGER UPDATES

Western Alliance Bank Experiencing Payment Portal Outage

We are writing to share an update regarding payments to Western Alliance Bank (formerly known as Alliance Association Bank or AAB).

At this time, Western Alliance Bank is experiencing issues with its online payment portal. They are actively working to resolve the issue, but at this time, there is no estimated timeline for when service will be fully restored. As a result, residents attempting to make online payments may be impacted.

Additionally, CCMC’s customer service team is currently unable to access payment history and is experiencing a higher-than-normal call volume, which may lead to longer wait times.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will send a follow-up email once the online payment portal is back up and operating normally.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please reach out to Perry McLaurin at pmclaurin@ccmcnet.com with any questions.
