JANUARY 2024

Our Mission

My son is currently in the ER and received a beautiful quilt made by Jean F. I just wanted to say thank you for brightening our dreary days and hope you can share our note with Jean.

A Grateful Mom

QFK sends best wishes for a speedy recovery!

Beds for Kids

One of our most fulfilling partnerships is with Beds for Kids (OHAAT) based in nearby Huntingdon Valley, PA.

Pictured here is OHAAT Board Chairman, Ken Barber, who was excited to see a quilt come in sporting OHAAT'S colors.

Chapter News

The Joy Ward Quilters

The Joy Ward Quilters of Pennington, NJ, have been making quilts for Quilts for Kids since 2011. The group is named in memory of a charter member and dear friend, whose family has supported them in many ways before and since Joy’s passing. They recently achieved a great milestone – 5,000 quilts donated!

The group meets every month for a workshop at Pennington Quilt Works in Pennington, NJ, with the continued support of the owner, Jan Crane, and assistant, Arlene Stilson. This dedicated group of ladies, friends as well as quilters, is happy to be helping children in need. They recently donated over 240 quilts for the “Shop with a Cop” program in Bucks County, PA
