🌟 Board Highlights 🌟

Excited to introduce our two new board members who joined our board this month:

Justin Grooms

Justin Grooms is a business consultant, certified human resources professional, and licensed insurance agent with over 15 years of industry experience. He specializes in corporate training and organizational development, with an emphasis on Diversity & Inclusion Training, as well as Harassment & Discrimination Prevention.

In addition to his service with the Boys & Girls Club of the West Valley, he is also serving as Sergeant at Arms for El Centro de Amistad, Inc., a multilingual, cross-cultural organization providing a comprehensive range of mental health services, anticipating the ever-changing needs of families and individuals in the San Fernando Valley.

Michael Hiller

Michael Hiller is a Millennial and Entrepreneur raised in Woodland Hills. He attend El Camino High School and graduated from the University of Arizona and UCLA. He is a Tax Accountant and Real Estate Broker.

Hiller has a passion for service, he has coached for Special Olympics as a tennis coach and supported ESL students to strengthen their English vocabulary. He enjoys teaching leadership and social entrepreneurship to youth.
