Make sure you sign your waiver and schedule a drop off. If you have already scheduled your drop off, and need to change the time, go into your confirmation email (search "JBF The Woodlands & Conroe Drop Off" to find it in your email). In this email, at the bottom of the page, you will find a spot to "Set Up Account Now". Once created, you can change your drop off time by clicking "tickets" at the top and editing the ticket.

You may bring 10 adult HOLIDAY themed items, in addition to your 10 mommy mart items. This is for Fall/Winter Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, New Years, and Valentine's Day!
No Easter, St Patricks Day, 4th of July, or Halloween.
This event is an all season event, so you may bring those other holidays if children's items, but we encourage you to hold them for the spring event (teaser: it's before Easter this time!)

We will have large item claim tags at drop off. But, if you'd like to save time, you can print the ones below. Please print on white cardstock (does not have to be printed in color).

We care about safety! All cribs & car seats will need a safety waiver signed. We will have them at drop off, but, get a head start and bring it with you.
You will need your manual for car seats (including boosters). You can either print out the manual or create a qr code to the manual website and staple to tag.

All DIY (non-valet) sellers will earn 60% of their sales!
Here are a few ways to bump up your consignor check!
- Choose to REDUCE & DONATE all. Not only do people that choose to reduce & donate, sell more, their $12 consignor fee is also waived! Use promo code: DONATE when scheduling drop off.
- Choose SmartPay! When filling out your consignor waiver, choose SmartPay and earn 10% more! SmartPay will be sale credit, available the following sale and will never expire. It can only be used at The Woodlands/Conroe location.
- Bring 4 of our most needed items and get 100% of your first $100!
IMPORTANT: You MUST check in your items at dropoff to be paid this bonus.

- When you check in for drop off, please have your drop off QR code from appointment pulled up. (search email for "JBF The Woodlands & Conroe Drop Off")
- Drop off should take about an hour for most consignors.

Clothing inspection You will drop your clothing off at clothing inspection first. Please do not pack too many items on the clothing rack so we can inspect without messing up your organization.
- Inspect items well, sellers with less than 3 items pulled in previous sale earn a fast pass to bypass inspection next season!
- Please pick up clothing as soon as we call your name. Abandoned racks in inspection will NOT be placed on sales floor for you. They will be available to be picked up at pick up!

Clothing is placed by size, gender, and then category. Packing this way will save time at drop off.
- Most sections will have drop zones, you drop your items in the categories below, and we will put them on the shelves. The more you sort your items at home, the quicker drop off will be for you.

All sellers may bring 2 guests to each presale you are invited to.
Your drop off QR code ticket will serve as your pass to shop early.
Have extra passes? Feel free to offer them in our Facebook group or on local mom groups! The more shoppers we have - the more YOU sell!
Please PM or Text QR code to guests.
Do not post actual qr code ticket on a public forum.
What does no early entry mean?
You may NOT enter Saturday morning, collect items you would like to purchase at 50% off and then come back at 2pm to purchase. This is NOT fair to other seller, who would like their items to be given every opportunity to sell at full price. This will not be tolerated, including team members. If you see someone doing this, please bring it to my attention. Trying to bend these rules will result in not being able to shop the 50% off sale.

Do you have more to sell? You can keep tagging during the sale and drop off at these additional drop times. No shoes, clothing, or books accepted at 2nd drops. You will check in at the host stand for 2nd drops.
