Hello! Welcome to the first edition of the “Junior Directress Newsletter – Connecting our Community”.

We hope you had a blessed Christmas season and a joyful beginning to the New Year.  We are pleased to share with you this quarterly Junior Directress Newsletter to help you, the Junior Directress community, in several ways. Through the newsletter articles we hope to foster connections, provide updates to resources, communicate announcements and opportunities, and share insights along with achievements related to the Junior Daughter ministry. We welcome your input, so if there is anything you would like to include in future newsletters, please let us know by emailing dok1885@doknational.org

As we begin this new year, we are excited to let you know of several upcoming programs for our Junior Daughters and Directresses. Please see the information below regarding the Gen Zoom meeting for our 17–25 year-old Junior and senior Daughters, the Junior Directress retreat later this year, and Triennial in 2027.

Also, please take a few minutes to complete the survey below. This Junior Directress Survey will help us assess the current state of the Junior Daughter ministry as well as plan for the future. The survey section below has further details.

Gen Zoom

The Order is launching a new monthly virtual gathering for college-age Junior and senior Daughters (17 - 25 years old). Please share information about this new gathering with the college-age Daughters at your parish or in your chapter!

Starting on Monday, February 9, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, meetings will be held via Zoom on the second Monday of each month. These gatherings will provide a space for young Daughters to discuss relevant topics and issues, connect with peers, and support one another.

We are excited to announce that Triennial 2027 will take place July 7–11, 2027, in vibrant Phoenix, Arizona.

“Be Thou My Vision”

Mark your calendars now and stay tuned for more details about registration, accommodations, and program highlights. We will take advantage of designated workshop time at the 2026 Directress Retreat to plan much of the Triennial Junior Daughter program. We are already considering a field trip to the Butterfly Wonderland and much more!

We look forward to seeing you in Phoenix for a time of inspiration, community bonding, worship, and service all in the name of Jesus!

Your thoughtful responses will help us gain an understanding of the Junior Daughter ministry today and guide our planning and discernment as we seek to faithfully support, nurture, and inspire the girls entrusted to our care. By sharing your ideas and insights you are helping us listen more deeply, plan more intentionally, and serve with wisdom and love. Junior Dues

Please review your Junior Chapter’s membership list to ensure it is accurate and includes all current Juniors with correct contact information. In addition, confirm that each Junior’s dues have been paid.

You may collect the dues on behalf of the Juniors and submit payment using the Chapter Dues Payment Form.
