The Transportation Program by the Mariner Foundation offers community bus stops in public parking lots in multiple areas convenient to our student population.
It is only accessible to those students who enroll in the program and have a confirmed spot.
Buses are filled on a first-come-first-serve basis according to bus capacity and seats are reserved by a completed online registration form and payment. Once full, registered students go on a waitlist when necessary.
Round-trip transportation service is $85.00 per semester/per student.
The first semester is due at the time the Registration Form is submitted. The second semester is due by January 8th. (You may also pay for both semesters at registration if desired.)
(Please note that we do not discount for one-way transportation service or multiple family members. If a family requires the use of the bus and has financial need that prohibits it, they may inquire about tuition assistance by contacting the school office to complete a scholarship application. Financial aid is limited and no scholarships are considered or granted without completing the scholarship application process.)
To register your child for transportation services to JDS,
you must complete the online Registration Form below, and
make the online Bus Fee payment for the first semester.
You must also complete the online Medical Form, and Walker-Waiver (if needed) before riding.

registration and payment completion!
The online Registration Form will close
at noon on August 5th,
at which time you will need to call the school office and email transportation@jacksonday.org to see if space is available.

*** On SOUTE Route: Chapel cove has been moved to its own bus route to increase available seats to all between JDS and Steele Creek.
*** On NORTH Route: a stop at Northlake Mall has been added.
*** On LOCAL NORTH Route: the Overlook stop location has moved from the pool house to the back of the neighborhood at the Playground/Boat Ramp.
