On Friday, JFS Delaware staff from both our Sussex and Wilmington locations gathered together to look back on what we were able to accomplish in 2022, and look ahead to 2023.
In 2022, we served 2,973 individuals, 1,353 families, and 696 children in total. In our office-based therapy, we served 1,043 individuals and 88% of those individuals reported improved ability to successfully manage a mental health or psychiatric condition, and an increased ability to cope with daily stressors.
Our RISE program helped 109 individuals and 61 refugee families in 2022. Care Navigation served 79 individuals and 99% of older adults reported increased feelings of being supported, and reduced isolation due to participation in community activities.
None of this would have been possible if not for the incredible work of our staff and volunteers, and the support from our community, partners, and donors.
As we look forward to 2023, we humbly ask for your continued support so that we can deliver on the JFS promise to provide comprehensive support to all, regardless of religion, race, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, gender identity, ability, or special need.

Blue Campaign works closely with DHS Components to develop general awareness trainings, as well as specific educational resources to help reduce victimization within vulnerable populations.
