Dear JKHA Lower School Families,

We are excited to welcome your children to JKHA for an amazing year! As we prepare to open our doors on Wednesday, September 1st, we recognize that it may be a challenge for your children to bring all school supplies in on the first day. To that end, we would like to invite you to drop off school supplies for children in grades 1-4 on Tuesday, August 31st between 8:30 and 10:00 am. Tables will be set up for each grade to the left of the building under the tents. If you are not able to drop off school supplies during this window, we will help students bring their supplies into school from the bus and carpool on the first day of school.

A few notes:
  • Supplies for General and Judaic Studies should be packed in two separate bags.
  • Please ensure that all supply bags have your child’s first and last name, grade and General/Judaic studies clearly labeled on the front.
  • If you ordered school supplies through SchoolKidz, these supplies will be delivered directly to the classrooms.
  • There will be areas designated for General and Judaic Studies for all Lower School grades on the side of the building.
  • Masks are required for all adults and children at the drop-off.

We are looking forward to warmly welcoming students back into the building for a wonderful year of learning together.

Mrs. Ruth DiGiovanni and Rabbi Aron Srolovitz
