The Clubhouse is officially open for the 2011 summer season! We have lots of exciting things happening this year, starting with the addition of Chef Darwin Zanders and his culinary vision! Join us on the patio this summer and enjoy a meal with a view!

Thursday:         11:00am - 8:00pm - Prime Rib Special night!

Introducing Chef Darwin Zanders

Chef Darwin Zanders

A warm welcome to our new Chef, Darwin Zanders! We are thrilled to have Chef Zanders join the Jug Mountain Ranch team and can't wait to sample all of his amazing culinary creations!

Over the past 14 years, Darwin has been part of a diverse range of restaurants in Idaho and Nevada, and most recently at Bardenay and Asiago in Boise, Idaho. His culinary inspiration comes from a wide range of cultures and his weekend specials promise to reflect this diverse background!

As an added bonus, Chef Zanders also takes requests! If you have a family favorite that you would like to see on the nightly special list, let us know and we will do our best to get your recipe on the menu!

Here at the Clubhouse at Jug Mountain Ranch, we love to use locally grown and locally raised ingredients. We do this not because "going local" is trendy, but because this enables us to provide you with the freshest dishes and a diverse menu that your palate (and the local economy) can appreciate!


Fresh Menu, Mouthwatering Choices
Artichoke Appetizer

Whether you are looking for a quick appetizer after a grueling round of golf, a casual meal, or a full three-course dinner, the Clubhouse Restaurant at Jug has it all...and the scenery isn't bad either!

Here are some of our featured menu items this season at the Clubhouse:


Greek Salad - mixed greens, artichoke, tomato, olive, cucumber and feta cheese with a zesty oregano vinaigrette. Grilled pita on the side!

Southwest Turkey Club - oven roasted sliced turkey breast, applewood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato and avocado with chipotle mayo on toasted sourdough.

Snake River Farms Bratwurst - grilled to order with beer braised onions and honey mustard.

"Tee Time" Deli Sandwich - build your own for on the run...choose bread, meat and cheese, throw in a bag of chips and away you go!


Artichoke-Asiago Crostinis - slices of baguette slathered with a cream artichoke spread and baked until bubbly!

Seared Tuna - succulent pepper encrusted ahi tuna seared rare and served with wasabi, pickled ginger and soy.

Satay Skewers - spicy soy marinated beef with horseradish sauce OR zesty ginger chicken with sweet chili sauce OR chili garlic shrimp with honey-lime aioli.

Chalkboard Entrees
- nightly specials featuring Chef Darwin's creations for the evening! Served with choice of soup, house or Caesar salad.

Each and every Thursday the Clubhouse offers up an amazing special: smoked prime rib carved to order! Prime rib has never tasted so good!

The Clubhouse has a full bar to compliment any occasion or dish. Pair your entree with a wine from our fun and unique wine list, enjoy a cold draft or order up a signature Bloody Mary (with the secret JMR Bloody Mary mix!). Bottoms up!
