This bonus will be offered beginning August 8, 2021,
and will end on September 5, 2021.
The program is open to all FT, PT, and per diem RNs who pick up needs.
ELIGIBILITY: Full-time, part-time, and per diem staff RNs working in Voorhees, Marlton, Berlin, or Camden SEDs.
AMOUNT OF BONUS:
Weekday expanded critical shift bonus of $45/hour in addition to regular compensation rate;
Weekend expanded critical shift bonus of $65/hour in addition to regular compensation rate.
For purposes of this program, the weekend will be defined as Friday night shift (7:00 pm) through Sunday night shift (ending 7:00 am Monday).
REQUIREMENTS:
Must schedule and work a full 12-hour shift from the needs list during the program dates of 8/8/21-9/5/21
Shifts on the needs list are “first come, first served.”
The normal cancellation process applies
Overtime will be paid for all hours worked over 40 in a week
Full-time and part-time staff: the expanded critical shift bonus will be paid provided you have worked your standard hours in the week (including scheduled PTO). Any unprotected call-outs during the week will result in forfeiture of the expanded critical shift bonus for that week.
Per diem staff: the expanded critical shift bonus will be paid provided you have worked your committed hours. Any unprotected call-outs during the week will result in forfeiture of the expanded critical shift bonus for that week.
