We have reached out to management to meet and discuss the impact over their mandate. At this time we are awaiting dates from management.
Although JNESO does not agree that vaccinations should be mandated as a condition of employment, VNAHG should provide employees with a valid medical and/or religious exemption form, should employees request an exemption.
JNESO does not agree that non-compliance with the vaccination requirement in the absence of a valid exception will result in separation effective October 26, 2021.
