Junior Optimist International is accepting candidate applications for International Office for the 2025-26 year. This is a unique opportunity for passionate youth leaders to serve on the JOI Board and help shape the future of our organization.
Please review the eligibility requirements below:
International Director Qualifications
Must be a member in good standing, belonging to a Club in good standing
Must have served a term as a Club Officer or District Officer
Must be at least 14 years old by October 1
International President Qualifications
Must have previously served as an International Director or District Governor
Must be at least 16 years old by October 1
Must meet all qualifications for International Director
Cannot run if concurrently holding another elected office above the Club level
