Forget Me Nots

September is World Alzheimer’s Month

A time to come together to raise awareness and recognize those impacted by dementia. Every day, our team sees firsthand the challenges families face with a dementia diagnosis, and the stigma around dementia is often a barrier to seeking help and support. Together, through education and awareness, we can help build a compassionate community that stands united in the support of those living with dementia and those that care for them.

We invite you to join us in our efforts to make a meaningful impact. There are many ways you can get involved—whether it’s by volunteering, signing up for programs, participating in our events, or contributing to our fundraising efforts. Every action, no matter how small, helps us move closer to a world where no one faces dementia alone.

Join us Saturday September 21st for our first annual
