Join us for a fun and festive holiday celebration. Enjoy a delicious buffet luncheon and wrap up the event with exciting raffle prizes. This is a great opportunity to network, and service providers are welcome to display marketing materials on the designated table.

If you would like to contribute a raffle prize, you and your company will be recognized during the drawing.

We will also be holding a special raffle for attendees who register and submit payment by the deadline, so be sure to pre-pay and receive a blue raffle ticket for a chance to win!

One (1) hour of CEU will be provided for nurses, claims adjusters and medical bill reviewers.



Please remember to:

• Register for CEUs at the CEU table immediately upon arrival.
• Once registration begins, late sign-ins cannot be accepted for CEU credit.
• Pick up your CEU certificate after the meeting to help us avoid mailing costs.

The Inland Empire Ronald McDonald House provides a "home away from home" to families while their children receive medical treatment at Loma Linda University Children's Hospital and other nearby hospitals.

Collecting Donations: Bring an unwrapped toy or items off wish list to seminar and receive 5 raffle tickets.

Fees to attend the meeting are as follows:

$40.00 – WC Claims Examiner

$55.00 – WC Forum Members

$65.00 – Non-Members

$70.00 – Walk-ins with No Reservations

(Membership Will be Verified at the Door to Eliminate Overpayments)
