Community Outreach fulfills the JPS mission of “transforming healthcare delivery for the communities we serve” by strengthening and building community links, internal and external to the network, and improving the health and well-being of the residents in Tarrant County.

Medical Home Southwest Tarrant

Following the completion of the foundation at Medical Home Southwest Tarrant, the steel erection began in early November and will be near completion by mid-December. Medical Home Southwest Tarrant is slated to open in Summer 2024. 

According to the CDC, cervical cancer affects about 600,000 women worldwide.

HPV vaccination can protect against the types of HPV that are the

leading cause of cervical cancer.

Cervical cancer can be effectively treated if diagnosed early through

regular screening tests such as the Pap test and HPV test.
