PROGRESS BEING MADE ON MULTIPLE BOND PROJECTS
Facilities Executive Director Don McCrackin reported on progress being made on the 2018 Bond Construction Program during the November 4 regular meeting of the JPS Board of Trustees. Various projects at multiple sites were recently completed while others are making steady progress. Projects include:

  • Parking lot improvements at Barack Obama and Timberlawn Elementary Schools.
  • Walkway improvements underway at Van Winkle Elementary.
  • Courtyard drainage improvements at Hardy Middle School.
  • Security fencing installation at Callaway High School.
  • Building signage replacement at Forest Hill High School.
  • Restroom upgrades underway at Wingfield High School.
