There are many interesting stories surrounding proposed projects that serve as great reminders for us to make sure we are not damaging sacred property...from a grave site to an archeological site to a Native American Mound.

JSD was honored to join OPN Architects as a title sponsor for the Zeteo Community’s recent benefit, raising funds/awareness to build transitional housing for women experiencing the impact of human trafficking. Our designers donated $5,000 toward their work on conceptual designs for the organization as they fundraise to bring the project to reality.

JSD joined a large design team taking over a former well-known Pumpkin Patch in Sun Prairie, WI as it transitions into a large-format retail space off Hwy 151 near Prairie Lakes Shopping Center.

JSD is moving heavily into industrial developments as our team provided a wide range of services for the new eight-acre Global Schoolwear facility in Oak Creek, WI. 

Grounded in Southern California, but “steeped” in culture, the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf® team has joined with JSD’s development services team to assist with more than 30 locations throughout California, Arizona and Texas, and the growth won’t stop there!
