JTAA is a not-for-profit organization which is given life by a vast community of sponsors, volunteers and athletes. During this season of gratitude, the JTAA is thankful for so much. We are grateful to the families that participate in JTAA sports, the fleet of volunteer coaches that dedicate their time and expertise, the sponsors that generously donate to our programs and the vision and guidance of the volunteer board members.

Thank you for your continued support!

Strides for A.J.
Join us on December 16, 2018 as we honor the memory of A.J. LaRuffa. A.J. loved sports! So, he is being honored with an event benefitting the Jupiter Tequesta Athletic Association (JTAA). The JTAA was very important in A.J.'s life. The proceeds raised via Strides for A.J. will fund Participation Grants, making JTAA sports accessible to those that otherwise could not afford to participate. Come climb the stairs at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium and cheer on the kids as they run the bases. Before you hit the stairs, purchase your raffle tickets for great prizes to be selected after the activities. Sponsorship opportunities are available. Please email stlaruffa@comcast.net or drlaruffa@comcast.net. In the spirit of A.J. and the holiday season, we will be collecting unwrapped gifts to share with children from El Sol Resource Center and Edna Runner Tutorial Center, both located in Jupiter, FL. The event is dog friendly, so bring your dog along for the fun! If you cannot participate, but will like to support JTAA in memory of A.J., please visit  https://www.jtaa.org/donate .

2018 Holiday Parade Grand Marshal
The 42 nd Annual JTAA Christmas Parade will honor and memorialize this year’s Grand Marshal and Jupiter’s most famous son, Mr. Burt Reynolds. The parade will take place on Sunday, December 9, 2018 at 1:00 PM. The parade route runs from Jupiter to Tequesta along Old Dixie Highway and Alternate A1A. Mr. Reynolds brought so much to our community through the establishment of the Burt Reynolds Dinner Theatre and the Burt Reynolds Institute for Theatre Training. The Bandit Run Trans Am Club, the Jackie Gleason Police car and the "Snowman" 18 Wheeler will honor “The Bandit” with participation in our memorial segment. It takes a community to put on a community event then we need, the community to pass on the word of this parade. Please like and share this information - Parade and Event pages.

Cheerleaders go to Nationals
Jupiter Mustangs sent their PeeWee and JV cheerleaders to Nationals. The Pop Warner Cheer and Dance National Championships were in Orlando the week of December 1st. The PeeWee team placed 3rd in the Nation and the JV team placed 9th in the Nation. Congratulations to the Jupiter Mustangs Cheer squads on their amazing accomplishments.

Alumnus excels at JHS
Jupiter Mustangs alumnus, Aiden Alexander, is currently a student athlete at Jupiter High School. In November, Aiden was named the JHS Student Athlete of the Week. Aiden was always an exemplary athlete on and off the field when he played for JTAA and clearly continues to exemplify those traits. Congratulations, Aiden. Keep up the good work!

Volunteer Opportunities
Do you want to help your community? Are you passionate about supporting kids and enhancing their lives? JTAA is seeking volunteers to coach and assist in running our athletic programs. Training and support are provided. Email JTAA for more information or to get involved today! Coaching and volunteering benefit you in so many ways.

Make A Monthly Gift
If each of our families contributed $5.00 a month to support JTAA, we would raise upwards of $30,000 each month… significant funds which will go directly to where they are most needed. We ask you to consider making a recurring, monthly donation of in any amount or a one-time donation. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit—every dollar of funding raised by the generous contributions of our caring community will remain in this community!
