"Change is gonna do me good."

-- Honky Cat (Elton John & Bernie Taupin)

Hello there, Friends...

When I wrote my song "Change Your Mind", I didn't realize I'd eventually need to brace myself for changing so many OTHER things in my life too -- all at the same time. Facing change has been kinda scary for me lately. But I know it's also the door to new opportunities and growth. Like one of those Snow Globes of a winter scene, my life is being shaken up so it can re-settle into new patterns. I've been reminding myself that it's just growing pains - the challenge of letting go in order to be open to new things.

So that's what I'm working on... letting go a little. My bandmate Katie and I will be singing and playing at Night of The Iguana tomorrow night. We'd love to see you there. In fact, Night of The Iguana is settling in to be an on-going monthly show that's always a delicious buncha fun!
