Recap: Space, The Final Domain (Star Trek or Star Wars?)
A YCAPS -JUMP seminar on June 5, 2019, drew over 110 attendees as it addressed the pressing security challenge of outer space. Captain Tuan Pham, who is the Assistant Chief of Staff for Intelligence to the Commander of U.S. Naval Forces Japan, led the seminar. His insights into strategic planning helped the audience grapple with the instability and chaotic nature of outer space. Cadets from the National Defense Academy of Japan attended as well, and asked some thorough questions.
