YCAPS and JUMP members tour the shrine of Admiral Togo
Members of JUMP and Yokosuka Council on Asia-Pacific Studies visited the shrine of Admiral Togo earlier this fall. The visit also included a visit to the nearby Suikokai Club. The tour was arranged by Captain Keizo Kitagawa of the Japanese Maritime Self Defense Force (JMSDF). Read more here.
